HOW DO I LIVE IN PORTUGAL, BE ABLE TO WORK AND BRING MY FAMILY.
This question is quite common, but very complex to answer, as it depends on the profile of each immigrant. What we can tell you is that if you do not have European nationality, the first step is to find out which residence visa you fit in and from there start good migration and financial planning. If you have any doubts about this, we advise you to schedule a migration consultation with us here on the website so that we can analyze your case and think of the best strategy for you.
HOW LONG ON AVERAGE DOES IT TAKE TO RENT A PROPERTY IN PORTUGAL?
The demand for apartments for rent in Portugal is greater than the supply, which makes the task difficult even for those who are here. The minimum period for you to be able to rent a property on your own is 30 days, although there is a study that the average to find a property that pleases within the intended price range is 6 months. Here at LIVINGPORTO we advise you to start your rental process and for a request for the connection of basic services in your property within 45 days in advance in larger cities and 60 days in smaller cities.
